How to create a gif

A gif is essentially a moving image, short for Graphics Interchange Format. Gifs are looped images that change quickly to make an animation. One could grab the image of a face and slowly zoom in until the effect that is wanted is achieved. Here is an example of one that I made

It might look choppy, but the more time you take with each frame will make the image look smoother. The image you see moving is divided into many frames, one is the normal stance of the smirking face, the next one is the right eyebrow being raised, and the last one is the left eyebrow being raised.
Gifs have no limitations as to what you want to make, but it might not always wrap up as you would like. Start with something simple, and image with one color for the background and one color for any other aspect on it.

For example, you could use this image.
It is a funny expression, but as you can see it has many color schemes and you might find it difficult pairing it with another image or situation. For this case, we will stick to the simple smirk face. I will walk you through the process. You can use any image you want and animate it as you wish.

First, lets go to websites that will do the process for us, like this handy site.
Once you are at this page you will want to click any of the 5 options to make your gifs from, for this occasion we will stick with images
Once we reach this screen, you will want to click this button
It will bring up a document explorer and here you can choose the images that will be part of your gif.

Once you add your images and arrange them in the sequence that you'd like, hit continue
Choose your delay between pictures and hit create gif

Once done, click the download button and create some funny reactions.
And finally, here is our finished product.
